Guest guest
Well, Here is the thing....Methodone also blocks certain pain meds, Opiates(misspelled) and I know someone that was taking in for drug addiction and the only problem I can see is the fact Methodone users I have witnessed are exchanging one addiction for another..so if it turned out it would cure me, Yeah I would take it, but the thing is I used to watch my brother's girlfriend(the person I mentioned previously) and she would just nod off for a few seconds and then wake up and not realize she even went out. Not to put a damper on things just telling what I know about that drug, from watching someone on it. Guest guest
Methadone is highly addictive. I once worked for a state alcohol and drug agency that monitored methodone clinics. I visited clinics where outside the entry was littered with cotton balls from court ordered addicts who collected it in their mouth to spit out as soon as they were outside the clinic...so it wouldn't interfer with their opiate use. I also observed many on methadone. It does terrible things to the body and is harder to kick than herion. The US created 1,000's of " legal addicts " dating back to the 70's, another one of our less than brilliant national drug policies. Margaret , mpraymond@... margaret-raymond@... Guest guest
Hello Margaret, Thank you for pointing out the facts about Methadone useage and the addiction associated with it. I worked for a county hospital with the methadone clinic outside our doors. Your report is accurate and even on the kind side of methadone useage. It is a case of the cure probably being worse than the disease. Sandie ---- Margaret Peake <mpraymond@...> wrote: > Methadone is highly addictive.
