Guest guest
Hi , Oh yes, I get the " chicken claw " regularly. I used to refer to it as my " captain hook hand " ....lol. I can " uncramp " it by stretching out my fingers and flattening my cramped hand with my uncramped hand. Good thing it only happens to one hand at a time. Years ago I remember one member told a story how his hand had cramped into a position where his middle finger was upright while the rest were all down. Apparently he got some rather nasty looks from it Ahhh the joys of Gleevec, Tracey > > > > Hi Everyone, > > > > Over the years, some people have reported having edema in the > ears. Guest guest
I used to get it a lot. It was systematic when I was getting out of a dive with cold hands, it would start while I climb the ladder, I couldn't get my gloves off without help, it would be one hand cramping, then the other, until I get my hands in warm water. Since I restarted climbing a few months ago it's much better. Looks like the exercise is helping as it doesn't happen often now. Marcos.
