I am so proud of you for standing up to the doctor and telling her how you

and your husband really felt. Now she is ready to open up to you and tell you

what you need to know. I think you will see a huge difference in your

healthcare from this point on. I would also write to Dr. Druker. Whatever he

says, you can take to the bank and something you can put in your little arsenal

to let the doctor know you are not dense. You have a whole regiment of patients

who can attest to their own experience with Gleevec and neutrophils, so stand up

for your rights, but I think you will see a different side of this doctor,

because you have educated yourself and weighed in on all the posts.
