Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all of you who have responded so far. I can't begin to

tell you how much I appreciate your participation. Keep those

stories coming! Together, we can make a difference! I promise to

handle all of your stories with the utmost integrity and know that

they will make a huge impact for CML Awareness at the Summit in late

July!

If you experience difficulties with the form, don't hesitate to send

it as a Word document or simply text. There's still plenty of time

to submit, but I just wanted to thank you for your reponses thus

far.
