I've been watching the weather channel and saw that they let some residents back in Louisiana, but without power. I was hoping Lottie would stay safe until their power is back. No need to live without it if they can have some comfort in Houston. She and Jimmy are the sweetest people you ever could meet. Her son had told her no water, no elect at their home do not know how long will be before all is back on. Of course they are anxious to get back home, and check on things themselves. Know I would be too. Hopefully they will stay away until all is up and running.
