I really thought I was going to do 30 minutes and be done with it...BUT... of course after I got a good sweat rolling, I couldn't stop and completed my daily routine I did Dynamic Strength again (all of it this time), and then I did Austin Abs, which still didn't feel like enough and so then I did ab ripper 200.
