Hi Kathy R,

Thanks for the welcome back!

This group has definitely grown since I was last here. Back then the number of members was in the low 100's now it is in the mid 200's. It is amazing how many folks have joined on since I left.

My son with ocd is 9. He has been doing really well but had a little setback lately. We have upped his Zoloft so we are hoping this will help.

It's just nice to be back among those who understand and you know have been there seen and done that.

Thanks again for the welcome :o)

in La.

Hi Folks,

How ya all doing? After way too many up & downs, twists & turns I ended up down

here in Alabama. Feels good to be back making soap. Not so much so for bath

bombs, there are not so easy to in the humidity down here I'm finding out, at

least not the recipe I'm used to using.

Anyone in the Carthage or Saratoga area know of Slack Chemicals? Cheap lye &

stuff there.

Hi ,

Kind of. I'm staying with one of my former customers who already was Gaia's. She

wanted to expand into supplies, so I set her up, both sites with one cart. I

help pack orders and do the web work for now. I wanted to get back to doing

just the soap & stuff for craft shows again, just have to decide on a name and

build up the product line.

As for Slack chem, if anyone does decide to get the lye they have ask for the

PPG brand. It's the good kosher stuff that is also used for the olives, bagels

and pretzels. It was about $33.00 for 50 lbs.

Bill

Hi Bill! Good to hear from you. So.... are you Gaias Magick Garden - Saratoga

Scents in Mongomery, Alabama? Seems like someone was asking recently.

I just checked out Slack Chemicals. They look like a great resource for reseller

and/or large producers. Good reference for some here though. :)

Terri I am so glad to hear that everything has worked out. So glad to hear

that y'all have settled again with an immunologist and are under treatment.

Missed hearing from you. What part of the country are you in now? Still in

the West?

GLAD to Hear from you again Terri and glad to know that the girls have FINALLY

gotten back on treatment. I am still in shock as I think back on what you have

gone through over the years with IGNORANCE! If you ever get up to WA state let

me know. Barbie

Hi Ursula and thanks! Trust me, I have missed everyone too! It has been a

very long year. We feel like we are starting all over again....but it is good

now. We have a very strong immunologist that is taking excellent care and

communicating well. Yes, we are still in the west half of the country : ).
