I don't expect anyone to read this, this is just for

me to solidify what I did last week.

With the exception of Wednesday, I did very well food

and alcohol wise, which is why I'm assuming I dropped

4 of the 15 lbs I've gained since April. This has

been a positive reinforcer to keep it up so that

hopefully in a month or I'll lose the rest of this

excess and any weight loss after that will be a true

loss.

Sunday - Taught Turbo Kick, Round 17

Monday - OFF

Tuesday - Method: Integrated Yoga and Method:

Precision Abs

Wednesday - OFF

Thursday - Bridge Walk (3 miles)

Friday - Tae Bo Live Advanced #4 and Bridge Walk

Saturday - Taught Turbo Kick Round 8 and taught

Aerobics 101 #3

For a grand total of approximately 7.5 hours.
