Guest guest Posted January 11, 2006 Report Share Posted January 11, 2006 Okay, I just tried this workout and really liked it. It uses a medicine ball, set of weights, and a step. I would rate it as a cardio workout as I stopped at the 30 minute mark and had burned 400 (actually 399..LOL) calories. You do a variety of different things with the medicine ball and I'm quite eager to give it a try again soon. The dvd is broke into 15 chapters. the workout itself is only 42 minutes long (I didn't know this or I would have finished it off). I thought she did great cuing and I caught on the first time trying or viewing I would suggest this dvd. It's surely different than what I'm used to for a nice change of pace.
