Hi,

Cathe's rotation called for Muscle Max and a 20 minute interval run. I done MM this morning so in place of the 20 minute interval run I done Maximum Intensity Cardio warm up, low impact and intensity blasts, along with the cool down and stretch. I only burned 203 calories, had hoped for more then that for the intensity of all that jumping on and off the step there at the last.
