Guest guest
As you all know, Greg s is going to Ohio State to be a delegate for the Armstrong Foundation and has been collecting stories from our group. He will be representing all of us with our stories. He is doing this in memory of his mother, whom he lost a year ago to CML. I know it must be a painful time for him, but he is energized by your letters of hope. I hope you have sent your Q & A's in so Greg can compose the stories to be brought to the summit. I am looking forward to meeting Greg and his wife, Dawn sometime in the fall. To learn more about the summit and see Lance Armstrong open the last summit, you can see it here: http://www.livestrong.org/site/c.khLXK1PxHmF/b.2662125/?tr=y & auid=3802316 Delegates identified through an application process will be inspired by renowned keynote speakers and empowered through hands-on training sessions to return to their communities and support the Foundation's efforts to make cancer a national priority. " When you meet people who are cancer survivors, it is kind of a brotherhood or sisterhood. I think it's important that we bind together to try to beat this. " (Bob Bloomquist) Blessings, good luck and a big hug to Greg for doing this for all of us, they chose the right person to be a delegate, Lottie .
