Jessie - thanks for the great support - I appreciate your response to my post!

I've decided not to think about PS because my family is so much against my even

thinking about it! I know that it should be my decision, but they have all told

me that they would be so worried about me going into something as drastic as PS

(an elective surgery - at my age of 67)............and since we have all been

through so much with my son (at 44) just going thru a heart valve replacement

last year - with complications - altho TG he's doing great

now........................and unbelieveably we just found out that my husband

also has to have the very same surgery coming up next month! - just don't want

to subject them to that worry!....................to tell you the truth - it

scares me too - however, without their worries I probably would consider

it!....................BUT as I said in my post..................the exercise

has helped tremendously - yes, I am flabby, but not as bad as I thiought I would

be..................naked - not so pretty (my husband of 45+ years loves the new

body tho - aint love blind!) and in clothes I must say " a pretty hot Grammy " !

Kathy R - so enjoyed meeting you also at the Seattle Splash - talk about " one

hot Mama " ! Wow - you are my idle in weight loss and being the exercise queen -

your posts got me going on my exercise regime.

Dear Bobby,

As one of our elder stateswoman in the group, you are never too old to send

along your advice. You have experienced just about every drug on the market for

CML and you know the difference between the worst and the best. Keeping our

fingers crossed on your latest trial. YOu also have humorous stories to tell

and we all know laughter is the best medicine. Don't withhold that from us.

You're the star at the top of the Christmas tree. Now, how is your

inventory on gin and tonic?
