Janet, I tried infusing olive oil and garlic...but then began reading about

the problem with botulism. I haven't done it since.

Try googling dangers of infusing oil (or something along that line and see

what you come up with)

Very interesting. I have done infused olive oil for Christmas presents for

my family a couple of years ago and they LOVED them. This is a great idea.
