Guest guest Posted June 15, 2008 Report Share Posted June 15, 2008 Hi Everyone, I have been PCRU on Sprycel for more than a year and have been getting BMA's every 6 months. Bone marrow tests are done on my sternum because both hips are shot. I have heard from more than one source that BMB's are unnecessary more than once a year for people who are PCRU. I managed to get my next scheduled BMB in July changed to September but have to have one then. Bristol Meyers recently told Sprycel trial docs that they could use their own judgment about when to do BMBs instead of strictly doing one every 6 months. Any thoughts on this?
