The other son has no utilities. The son's house with utilities has no access to or from his house as the street is flooded. She is quite depressed. Her own house has no utilities and some damage, she didn't indicate what damage, except that the neighbor's tree fell into her yard and hers fell into the neighbor's yard. She thinks this is not the end of the situation, but just the beginning of it all. They got more water and rain from Ike after having enough problems from Gustav.
