Good for you, . That is one of the things you should consider in being your

own advocate. Have a dialog

with your doctor and tell him/her what your wishes are. Your gut tells you that

you are not ready for a rise in

your dosage. Since you are in a good place, give yourself time to get adjusted.

Sometimes they go by the book

and not by the individual. Thanks for your input, I feel the same way, " if it

ain't broke, don't fix it. " LOL

Thanks Lottie like marcus says watch your count and adjust .I'm almost at 0.I

take a 4 and 2 100 afer I get to 0000 I'll stop a 100 look at findings then

another 100 settle in on 400. I don't want to burn my liver up just trying to

get to o quick.
