Guest guest Posted May 15, 2012 Report Share Posted May 15, 2012 I found one and made a quick sauce up in the VITAMIX and then spiral cut a large zucchini.. seasoned it with garlic and pan sante'd until just tender crisp... Covered with the fresh lovely tomato sauce sprinkled w fresh grated parmesan cheese... OH MY GOODNESS it was WONDERFUL>. I just saw a fettuccine zucchini noodle recipe using those noodles and light cream sauce and some crisped pancetta on top.. NOW I HAVE to make that for sure.. I don't have a machine but will try the spiral peeler I have. I bet the machine is super handy!
