Guest guest Posted June 16, 2012 Report Share Posted June 16, 2012 Carob Banana Smoothie Ingredients: 2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice) 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup carob powder 2 to 2 1/2 frozen bananas (break into medium sized pieces) Cooking instructions Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. The amount of bananas you put in depends on how thick you like it. We like ours so thick you have to eat it with a spoon. SERVES: Makes approximately 4 cups. OPTIONAL: If you feel it is not sweet enough you may add 8 – 10 dates (pitted) OR 1 – 2 Tbls. of any sweetner, such as honey, raw sugar, etc. Add the sweetner while you are blending.
