Dinner: haven't had it yet, but planning on tortilla soup, going to buy the fresh ingredients I don't have on hand today or maybe some eggs with veggies and made into an omelet 2 days left to go, lets see how it goes..... the main goal is to just use fresh ingredients for all my meals this week, I am not vegan or vegatarian, but wanted to cut out most meats for a few days. My goal is to only eat meat 2 or 3 times a week in the future. Tough during the summer since I love burgers and the grill is always beckoning me....
