Oh lord, I have had you all on my mind, the gulf area is taking such a beating.

I wish I could help. It must be just exhausting.

I spoke with lottie today and while she is home there aren't any

services available. Gas and supplies are in short supply, and they go to their

son's house to sleep because they have air conditioning. There are still downed

power lines, etc.

Lottie isn't feeling so well and was cross matched today for a transfusion

tomorrow. No doubt it is stressful and she is tired. Lets hope to get better

news tomorrow after her transfusion.

Now.... Hurricane IKE is headed to my house. Ugh. I'm too tired to leave this

time, so Lili and i are staying put at our house in downtown houston. Please

pray that we have the wits and wisdom to do whats best.

Thanks for your support and thoughfulness.

In other news the hospital called and said i can restart my chemo on friday.

Yipee... Restarting dasatinib in the midst of hurricanes and tornados... Fitting

aye? Haha

Peace,

Rhonda and Lili

Rhonda and Lili

Please take care in whatever you decide. Don't take any chances. I live in

California and I feel so so bad for all that are affected. I wish there was

more I could do.

Poor Lottie. I hope she is going to be ok. Give her my love please.

Aloha Sharon

God bless and keep you all through this terrible weather!

Prayers on your behalf, and for Lottie and Jimmy, that there will be

a restoration of services, and protection from the wind and weather

and angels around you all.
