Do not forget that the most important person to take care of is yourself.

This is a great exercise to focus on what things are important to you in your

life.

Which means 5 things that you would not want to lose or have to give up.

Write these down. (You can change around in preference) Only 5.

Then on another sheet of paper write down these 10 points to help you support

those important 5 points.

1. Clarity

2. Committment

3. Talk About It

4. Write it down

5. Focus on Priorities

6. Have a Plan (A) and (B)

7. Take action every day

8. Affirmations

9. Review often

10. Celebrate (every day)
