LOL Actually, my husband spotted it. He was walking by the island and shouted out BATMAN, it was the first time I noticed it. The wings were where I had dragged my finger to taste it and check the texture. Too funny. Hey it's delicious too. A bunch of asparagus which I steamed. Put that in the Vitamix with about a 1/4 cup or so of chicken stock, juice from 1/2 an orange and about 3 egg whites. I made a hollandaise earlier and had them left over. These ingredients all went into the Vitamix which I hadn't washed so there was a little hollandaise clinging to the container. I got all of these things smooth as silk and sieved into an iSI pro whip and gave it one charge of laughing gas. It has really good flavor. I'll let you know how the texture is.
