Has this happened to anyone else? My docs are at a loss as what to do with me. So they suggested finding atrial, which as you know is easier said than done. I already did the bms (sprycel) trial. Has anyone had this problem that they are unable because of organ failure been unable to take these drugs? And what did you do? Did you have liver issues before the diagnosis? I have always had 18-25 in the liver numbers ( ALT and AST). Have you sought out the transplant possibility? I know several who have taken advantage of the new and upgraded processes they have. They now do 'mini-transplants' at City of Hope in Durart and here in Phoenix. Keep hunting for those trials. MD would be the first place to check. They have all the trials listed with criteria and such. I was on prednisone almost a year and now I am fine.That was 5 years ago. Lynn F.
