Sounds good to me

I am quite short normally around 8st 12lb to 9 stone.

Went onto glivec and no time at all was nearly 10 stone

so that was nearing 14 lbs. On top of that tadpole eyes

and fatter than normal face for 1/2 a day. Not a good look at all.

Had my hysterectomy - off glivec 14 days - lost all the weight and

more, went down to 8 stone - obviously fluid and low sodium food in

hospital.

I have not been back to work since - given 3 months off work.

Back on glivec and up to nearly 9 stone again in about 3 weeks.

I am not eating unhealthy, or near cafes, shops etc that you can

snack here and there and no biscuits or cake being cooked at home.

If I do not keep on top of this weight gain I will look like a short

walking square as I have a high waist.

So yes I think it is a great idea - to share and support

Started today:

I am presently 8stone 12 lbs which is 57-58kilos.

(someone asked the other day what is a stone - 14 lbs to a stone)

Kicked it off this today - only having toast this morning with

breakfast and no other bread during the rest of the day.

I put all my fruit for the day on one shelf of the fridge

- nuts etc into a tupperware container - so that is what I am going

to snack on.
