Can you give a summary of the theory or program? Eat lots of veggies, eat lard daily...what? I have heard of many programs that claim no dieting and no exercising and you lose weight, and they all sound too good to be true and unlikely to work to me. I am doing the PINK method and have lost almost 30 pounds (stubborn one more pound won't go!!), which will be halfway to my goal. I exercise daily (actually enjoy the tough phase 3 workouts) and eat mostly veggies with a little protein, a fruit/veggie/protein smoothie daily, and sometimes some whole grains. This is the FIRST program that has ever worked for me. I love the fresh food I am eating, too. (Still crave bad stuff, too, though.
