Here is the recipe I use. I'll have to try it today using just two lemon; just

to see. It would be nice not to have to squeeze lemons for this delicious drink.

It's worth the experiment. I'll try two lemon and if it's not strong enough I'll

try three. Probably depends on how juicy they are. Plus, having the rind

included will ad to the lemon flavor.

Fresh Lemonade

Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 to 6 lemons)

1/2 to 3/4 cup superfine sugar -- to taste

1 cup crushed ice

4 cup water

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.

Serve over ice.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 1/2 quarts
