It would be nice not to have to squeeze lemons for this delicious drink. It's worth the experiment. I'll try two lemon and if it's not strong enough I'll try three. Probably depends on how juicy they are. Plus, having the rind included will ad to the lemon flavor. Fresh Lemonade Recipe By: Ina Garten Published in: The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook Ingredients 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 to 6 lemons) 1/2 to 3/4 cup superfine sugar -- to taste 1 cup crushed ice 4 cup water Instructions Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.
