Every time I make one and it comes out brown, I find myself smelling it before drinking, just to make sure its going to taste ok!!!! Brown color is a mental block to me, but Im getting over it. I didn't think to add cocoa powder to this smoothy to make it chocolatey----I am trying desperately to get my 49 year old hubby to finally enjoy fresh veggies. This has made for lots of laughter in our home the past few days. I do think that it is a great idea to use the cocoa or carob powder to add a different dimension.
