Guest guest
Or for a really yummy dish, make your own ricotta and use that with a little pasta water to make the sauce. Add fresh greens like basil or even some spinach. Delicious. It will be much milder than any pasta with cheddar but will be quite satisfying.Actually I did it last week. I used full fat but you wouldn't have to.TerrySent from my iPadHDOn Jun 9, 2012, at 2:55 PM, Randy Harmelink <rharmelink@...> wrote: Take a look at:http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/hungry-girls-mega-mac-cheeseOn Sat, Jun 9, 2012 at 10:37 AM, crenita2 <crenita@...> wrote: I saw a recipe for subing out cauliflower for macaroni in the Vegetable TIMES. to make MAC AND CHEESE. but they used all sorts of heavy cream etc.. would like to do this.. but love to make a mock mac and cheese ..
