Guest guest
I have used Puritan Pride products for years. They have great sales. www.puritan.com is the website. Good luck. > > hi everyone. have a question regarding securing a reputable and affordable vitamin/supplement company. ideally food should supply the bulk of necessary vitamins etc. i know this but want to take a women's multi as a supplement. would love feedback from my friends in the group as to the companies they consider reputable. there are so many companies and it is hard to distinguish which are better (not just more expensive). thanks! pam >

Guest guest
I highly recommend JuicePlus. It is not a vitamin but whole food that has been juiced and dehydrated and put in a capsule. Yes, I am a distributor. I became one because of the positive benefits I experienced after taking it myself. Feel free to contact me off list if you would like more information. I am not high pressure and won't bug you if you decide it's not for you. RenaIf God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.Happy moments, praise God. Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God. Painful moments, trust God. Every moment, thank God. Guest guest
I've taken many brands over the years. Just read a few books by Dr Sherry and here is one she recommends. Has fish oil in it too! http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=CL-1848 I actually notice a difference and I eat 100% Paleo 80% of the time. Guest guest
I saw someone wearing a t-shirt that said that at the crossfit regionals. Not an original idea but I stole it. Guest guest
I love ANDREW LESSMAN products from HSN. He's been on there for many years. I buy directly from his factory at PROCAPSLABS.COM All are capuels and are powders so they digest unlike the hard compressed tablets that are hard to swallow. I've used his products since the 1990s and swear by them. I take so many, antioxidants, joint effort products, multi vites, sleep aids, etc.

Guest guest
I also love Lessman's products. He does not cut corners when making his products-only the best including the gel cap that he uses is made in the USA. About 98% of all other vitamins(if in a gelcap) are made in China. All of his are bioabsorbable- not like many others that come through the g.i. system the same as swallowed. I know this is true as being an RN I have seen medicines (from pharmaceutical companies) come through feces same as when swallowed. When Dr was asked they stated " oh they got some of the medicine " . Don't get me wrong. This isn't true for all meds. I just think if you are going to take vitamins then get your moneys worth. He will be on HSN on July 14-15. Usually but not always he will have free shipping. When he is on HSN I read the reviews and then go to procapslabs.com and order since I live in Florida and HSN is in Fl I would have to pay taxes. By ordering from procaps I avoid the taxes!!! We all pay enough taxes as it is, right? Sent from my iPad
Guest guest
I,too have used Lessman's products for years and have been very pleased with them.... We take one of the multi-packs... and a couple of additional things. I have been impressed that Mr. Lessman always updates his formulations when new, credible research discoveries have been made. And the various ingredients are balanced to maximize their effectiveness. AT one time my husband I decided to switch to another product, ( not exactly sure why <g>) and BOTH felt he difference. I buy them directly from the company ...http://www.procapslabs.com/ They usually have various offers available.... Sally R
