Guest guest
I did'nt go back to the dermatologist yesterday because his nurse had called and told me that both biopsies were negative (Dale and I removed my stitches). I asked her to send me a copy of the path report...which I got today....and now I am kind of worried. I am going to go ahead and reschedule an appointment with the derm. In the meantime I would like ya'lls opinions. Here is the dianosis part of the path report: The Histologic differential diagnosis includes: Atypical lichen planus, lichenoid photodermatitis, lichenoid drug eruption, pitriasis lichenoides and lichenoid pegmented purpura dermatosis. ALTHOUGH I DO NOT FAVOR THE DIAGNOSIS, BECAUSE OF SIGNIFICANT EXOCYTOSIS INTO THE OVERLYING EPIDERMIS, CUTANEOUS T-CELL LYM0PHOMA, MYCOSIS FUNGOIDES SHOULD BE CONSIDERED.Clinical-Pathological correlation is recommended. so what do ya'll think?
