Guest guest Posted October 5, 2008 Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 most commonly reported adverse reactions (>10%) were rash, pruritis, nausea, fatigue, headache, constipation, diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, pneumonia, neutropenia, febrile neutropenia, leukopenia, intracranial hemorrhage, elevated lipase and pyrexia. Tasigna has a black box warning regarding QT prolongation and sudden death, and its Medication Guide must be provided to the patient with each prescription. It is available in 200 mg hard capsules.
