Guest guest
Guys I have been taking Gleevec for over 2 years and it has been working well until last week. I went to get my results from my BMB. The doctor told me that out of the 20 cells sample the check 5 were PH+. Furthermore he told me that it seems that Gleevec stopped working. Thus Sprycel was the next step. I started Sprycel on Thursday last week. I have never been so tired before. I am sleeping up to 15 hours and after I wake up I feel light headed. Is this normal what else should I expect. I know so little about this new drug and to be honest I am kind of worry.

Guest guest
Hello, I've been on 100 mg Sprycel once a day for more than 2 1/2 years. I am PCRU (undetectable bcr-abl) and have no discernible side effects. I had a brief bout with pleural effusion but that is gone now with a daily dose of 20 mg Lasix. There is another site you may want to visit because they have a special group discussion just on Sprycel. Go to www.newcmldrug.com and click on sprycel discussion. You can ask more specific questions, if you want and I'll try to answer them for you here. Cheers! L [ ] Re: sprycel Can anyone give me more info about Sprycel?
