So - I cannot stand having afternoon appointments - so you may have a sleepless night - I have a fidgeting day - so now days I have the first appointment of the day - that way I am fresh - specialist fresh - and everything goes according to plan Then have the rest of the day off to have a lunch date with a friend as a treat.
