Guest guest Posted August 18, 2008 Report Share Posted August 18, 2008 Zavie is quite correct, CML is not the same problem as when I first was diagnosed. In fact they gave me a very short life span but over the years drugs came out that worked. When I first was diagnosed there was nothing not even interferon, I was on a drug called Myleran for over 27 years, lately I have gone through most of the new ones. so tell your son to sit back it is going to be a long ride.
