(mushrooms is another although I love eating them raw) Is there some things you just kind of want to cook before placing into soups or is this going to be an acquired taste thing. today I put in tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine, chicken broth, carrots, garlic salt, charcoal sea salt, and almond milk. My new fav for tomato soup. Also has anyone successfully been able to loose weight on shakes and soups with vitamix. that is a goal of mine along with becoming healthier. When I make a smoothie I find Myself adding in a whole orange and a small fruit of something else and two fruits for breakfast well thats more than what I ate before and more calories etc.....so not understanding the weight loss associated with this.
