Guest guest Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 Dear Sharon, I can't imagine what it is to be getting 2 diagnosis for your son. I am sure you would much rather it be you. I was dx with cml in 11-05. I remember well the terror and the wealth of information that is thrown at you. Sometimes it is more that you can take in. Please don't blame God. He never promised us a rose garden but He did promise that he would always be with us. It isn't wrong to question God. When God's Son died on the cross for our sins even He called out MY God My God why have you forsaken me. It has been a real learning experience for me to let go and give it to God. I have found He is faithful to be there with His calming presence. As far CML we are lucky in that there are miracle drugs (Gleevec, Sprycel, Tisigna_) and more are on the horizon all the time.
