hi everyone. have a question regarding securing a reputable and affordable

vitamin/supplement company. ideally food should supply the bulk of necessary

vitamins etc. i know this but want to take a women's multi as a supplement.

would love feedback from my friends in the group as to the companies they

consider reputable. there are so many companies and it is hard to distinguish

which are better (not just more expensive). thanks! pam
