Guest guest Posted July 28, 2012 Report Share Posted July 28, 2012 I would just freeze the leaves whole without adding anything,. You could chop them up first and freeze if you want. For soups, my grandma used to chop herbs and put in ice cube trays, add water to fill and freeze. Then she'd throw a cube into the soup.
