My kids just said this tastes like a jolly rancher smoothie:

3 c. watermelon, seeds and all

generous sprinkling of ground ginger

stevia

4 or 5 frozen strawberries

At this point I blended it all to liquefy the seeds

3 c. ice

blend until smooth

Watermelon will never go bad in my house again! YUM!

I just leave them in. That being said the watermelons Ives used have never had

many seeds.
