Herbert,

Stevia is 4 to 1 as sweet as sugar. If you are baking muffins that call for 1

cup sugar, you would need to replace the sugar with 1/4 cup stevia granules.

But I use the liquid stevia in drinks and desserts. I am growing my own plants,

drying the leaves and grinding them up to use in ice cream and hot chocolate.
