Guest guest
Hi , I bloated for 6 years until explant and then started Digest Gold Enzymes before each meal and Garden of Life Primal Defense Probiotics. For the first time I feel as though I am able to eat and feel good afterwards. Yes, the Pearls are the same as acidophilus. They work great too but I like the fact that Primal Defense has so many more probiotic strains. I take 4 in the morning and 4 before bedtime. I have high cortisol too. Not sure what to do about it at this point, other than stress less, exercise moderately and have a very clean diet. I gave up dairy and all refined foods. If I stick to a strict vegetable and lean meat diet w/ occasional fruit and am religious in taking the above supplements, I NEVER bloat. For fiber I sprinkle Garden of Life Fiber Seed in a glass of coconut milk or smoothie. Also, I find I bloat if I drink water within a half hour before and after a meal or snack. I hope this helps. I understand your frustration. Sometimes I miss the wine, cheese and desserts but it's finally nice to eat without digestive discomfort! If you have fungal issues, you need to address those as well because that's probably the source of the bloating. I used Garden of Life Fungal Defense for 2 weeks. Then I did 3600 mg/day of capryllic acid for two weeks and just started fresh garlic today. Good luck with the weight loss. Hopefully once you are able to digest properly, your metabolism will kick in and take care of the weight on its own. - PH -- In , " karenw4359 " <karenw4359@...> wrote: > > Has anyone tried Alli ? Guest guest
, Check out "The Maker's Diet" . . . It's all about establishing a healthy digestive system . . . Rubin's Garden of Life products are outstanding! You'll find good prices on www.appleadayandbeyond.com . . especially if you phone in your order. . . . I'd suggest starting with one bottle of Fungal Defense, followed by Primal Defense indefinitely. Outstanding! Rogene

Guest guest
Hi , I've read it's best to take acidophilus on an empty stomach so that's why take it when I first get up and then right before bedtime. I take 4 each time but I'm using a different brand than you. I would follow the directions on your bottle or whatever your naturopathic doctor suggests. For aches in your limbs, CorValen worked great for me to the point I feel I no longer need it after 3 months postexplant. Who's explanting you? - PH > > > > > > Has anyone tried Alli ? Guest guest
Hi , My symptoms were digestive, bloating for 6 years. It always seemed as if my body was rejecting the food. That finally lead to anemia despite a very healthy diet and from there I spiraled into extreme fatigue, vision problems, numbess/tingling and major brain fog. I've been explanted for 3 mos by Dr. Kolb in Atlanta. My implant valves were defective and there was some degradation. My energy is returning but I continue to have visual disturbances, brain fog and just not feeling " right " . I am determined to conquer this though!! What about you? What were/are your symptoms? Did you have any visual disturbances and if so, have they gone away?- PH Then > > > > > > > > > > Has anyone tried Alli ? Guest guest
The Maker's Diet is all about being healthy . . . Weight loss should occur when everything is working as it should. Chances are good you will lose weight if you need to. Check www.amazon.com for the book. It's cheap! Lynn is using their online support for menus and loves the food. Her hubby is losing weight on the diet. Rogene karenw4359 <karenw4359@...> wrote: >For weight loss ?> ,> > Check out "The Maker's Diet" . . .
