Guest guest
, I have lost about 6 lbs on the Maker's Diet. I really didn't have much weight to lose though. I was bloated though when I had implants, now that I am explanted that "beer" tummy has disappeared. The diet is really good. Rogene is correct, my husband ended up losing weight too. Hugs, Lynn Re: Re: All The Maker's Diet is all about being healthy . . . Weight loss should occur when everything is working as it should. Chances are good you will lose weight if you need to. Check www.amazon.com for the book. It's cheap! Lynn is using their online support for menus and loves the food. Her hubby is losing weight on the diet. Guest guest
My husband tried it twice and couldn't get to the bathroom fast enough, lol. I think you have to be very careful about eating low fat on that. hugs, Beth --- In , " karenw4359 " <karenw4359@...> wrote: > > Has anyone tried Alli ? Guest guest
~ I read about Alli, and it stops your cholestrol, and you need it for your hormones and enzymes and amino's to work........be careful ! We are all delicate in that area right now........since you have digestive problems, I would for sure not take it...... Hugs DedeGet a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com. Guest guest
Same here.....pretty much just resting and not doing anything, except for short walks in the morning. I have a question for the group though.......isn't there someone on here who said their scs caused them to itch really bad in their legs? I thought I remembered reading that.....if I did, please respond and tell me what they did to help you. I know someone who just got one and can't use it because it makes her legs itch so bad she's scratching and drawing blood.....it didn't do that during the trial. My memory isn't very good, have brain fog most of the time, but vaguely remember seeing this somewhere (and this is the only place it could have been). I would really appreciate it, my friend is so upset.
