we made some YUMMY Peaches and Cream Ice Cream

Now FIRST this is not a HEALTH item...( i like to say that so if you want only

healthy items .. you won't waste your time )

I had a large bag of frozen peaches and wanted some ice cream.. so looked in

the pantry for what I had.

so mix frozen peaches, with 1/2 and 1/2 milk, 1 sm box of sugar free cheesecake

pudding mix and I lobed off some low fat cream cheese( approx 2 tabsp.)

popped it into the VM and whirled away... OH MY GOODNESS>

The peach flavor just POPPED out and it was so creamy and delish.. now I need to

find a way to make this in a more healthified way but plan to enjoy it just as

is for now.

Oh and did put in some xantham gum just in case we didnt' finish it off...

but we DID..
