Guest guest
Hi dj, Thanks so much for your encouragement. This is really, really challenging. I think anyone who devotes so much time and energy to creating such a healthy lifestyle needs to be commended. This is only my 8th day, and I absolutely love the program, but its a lot of work. I cant imagine what its going to be like in college. (Trying not to think about it till the time comes.) Hope all is well! Aliza Aliza Aliza, I just wanted to tell you that I love you are 18 and doing this program. You now have an entire lifetime ahead of healthy living with a great support group. Good luck to you kiddo and I hope you post your first measurements so we can celebrate with you! dj > > Hey! > > I'm pretty new here too, and I don't know if it helps out with your > youngest/oldest question, but I'm 18. Guest guest
Dear Aliza, Congratulations on your second year of survival. That's what we have to focus on - survival. Are you eating a lot of milk and dairy products? Do you have a dietician that could help you with a diet for colitis. My sister had it for years and it went away on its own after her children grew up. If you don't feel good, yes, nudge someone, they are supposed to be able to order tests that will determine what is causing your distress. Here is something that might help you. https://shop.sigmatau.com/VSL3/category.asp?catalog%5Fname=STHS+eCommerce%3A+Pub\ lic & category%5Fname=VSL%233 Digestive disorders: http://www.umm.edu/digest/ibdulc1.htm Blessings, Lottie
