Thank you Sue, tomorrow I am going shopping for fresh veggies and lots of

fruit.  If I eat one more prune I am going to fall over dead! I do find if you

cook them with water and lemons, they are real good. Bobby

Onocologist dietician / nutritionist

Try,

Eating at regular intervals throughout the day

Increase fluid intake

Increase dietary fibre

Hot beverages as a bowel stimulant

Prune juice

Exercise

Diarrhoea

Try,

Add soluble fibre at regular intervals throughout the day

Eat small frequent meals and snacks throughout the day

Increasing your fluid intake

Avoid,

Greasy, fried, spicy or very rich foods

Dairy product - may have temporally lactose intolerance

Excessive amounts of sweetened beverages and juices

Sugar free gum and candy made with sorbitol
