We did find places in MN that carried heavy cream.  One was Dan

& Becky's in Cokato if you are anywhere near there, but there

are others; you will need to look at farmer's market-type places or

those who specialize in MN-grown and produced products.  I suspect

the same is the case most states, although here in Maine some of the

big commercial dairies do sell it by the quart in regular groceries.
