Hey Bobby,

Sorry about mentioning prunes a couple of days ago. :)

When you go shopping for your high-fiber fruits and veggies, may I suggest that

you also consider FiberOne products -- one of their truly delicious high-fiber

granola bars as 13 grams of fiber at only 140 calories. I like the oat/caramel

ones. Also, high fiber cereals and bran muffins.

Eating at regular intervals throughout the day

Increase fluid intake

Increase dietary fibre

Hot beverages as a bowel stimulant

Prune juice

Exercise

Try,

Add soluble fibre at regular intervals throughout the day

Eat small frequent meals and snacks throughout the day

Increasing your fluid intake

Avoid,

Greasy, fried, spicy or very rich foods

Dairy product - may have temporally lactose intolerance

Excessive amounts of sweetened beverages and juices

Sugar free gum and candy made with sorbitol
