When you go shopping for your high-fiber fruits and veggies, may I suggest that you also consider FiberOne products -- one of their truly delicious high-fiber granola bars as 13 grams of fiber at only 140 calories. I like the oat/caramel ones. Also, high fiber cereals and bran muffins. Good luck!
