The Carer e-newsletter from Aust. Lukaemia Foundation highlights CML

this month with the front page info and two other pages designated to

CML.

For those who read published articles from Dr Tim - a photo of

him is also published with an article. Stats etc.

Of interest in Australia only 249 people each year being diagnosed.

CML is still a rare disease accounting for around 0.3% of all cancers

diagnosed, at a rate of 1.3 per 100,000 of the population.

For those who are thinking of having children - it is a huge issue

and the decision is not an easy one.

The article is one to read for a great outcome. The MUM went thru

considerable difficulty to have this little baby who now is one

chubby bubby and nearing 6 months of age.
