Guest guest
Hi , Good information. I haven't looked for raw cider vinegar, but I live next to an apple-growing region (that is being taken over by vineyards because they are more profitable). When I did get sore throats a lot one thing I would like to do is eat a sour apple like a pippin. It had kind of an astringent effect that felt good. I tried one of those salt snuffles once--yikes. I tend to have sensitized mast cells in my nose. Have been reading lately that people who have a reduced blood volume are more prone to allergies. I think my digestive tract is chronically underblooded from too much fight or flight diverting the blood away. I don't generally mind stress for the most part, except for its physiological effects. I've been wondering if there are yoga exercises that divert the blood back into the intestines, etc.? Leaky gut occurs more easily with intestinal blood loss. I have been thinking about trying a vegetarian " hematinic " . They say that menopausal women should be careful of getting too much iron though. Estrogen loss aggravates the fight or flight stuff or sympathetic response. J.
