Too much Sugar? Need recipe

I am still new now 3 months in ...and I am finding that I keep making smoothies with a lot of fruit....i need a basic recipe for myself and my diabetic grandfather that doesn’t contain so much sugar.....(natural sugars to be exact)

It's probably because you just don't have enough inventory of different recipes and fruit is probably the first thing you think of.... I find the V-8 copycat recipe that's in the archives is a great tasting smoothie...
